Inspection Services - CMM

 

It is critical to have a reliable resource for accurately verifying the dimensional integrity of our manufacturing processes. One of the primary ways to accomplish this is through an in-depth inspection of the first piece from your production run. Thanks to our “One Stop Shop” solution, PECo has the resources in-house to verify that the manufactured item has all of the specified characteristics in conformance with the drawings. Additionally, ongoing inspection of product production can be provided based on the customer's quality criteria.

 

Our CMM inspection services include- DCC CMM dimensional Inspection, dimensional analysis, fixture and gauge validation and calibration, custom gauge manufacture, reverse engineering and CMM Scanning.

 

Our laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art CMM's and non-contact measurement systems. This enables us to handle large and multiple-cavity parts efficiently, where cost and turnaround time are critical.
