PECo is a state-of-the-art metal fabrication facility specializing in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, monel, titanium, hastelloy, nickel, zirconium fabrication and chamber welding. Specialized flux core MIG and TIG welding equipment are routinely used to fabricate detailed parts or large base weldments from these and other exotic metal materials. We can design and build special fixtures to meet your repeatability, accuracy, and efficiency requirements.

 

Our welding specialists are certified to ASME, AWS and are trained in a variety of techniques to ensure speed, uniformity and required weld penetration, including such standard welding processes as gas metal arc (GMAW), gas tungsten arc (GTAW), submerged arc (SAW), and shielded metal arc (SMAW), performed manually, semi-automatically, and automatically.

 

Inspection and testing of welds are performed by our in house certified weld inspectors to insure all of your specifications are met.
