Blast & Paint Services

 

PECo provides blasting and painting services to meet the final product requirements of the large products we fabricate and machine. We have the ability to blast with several different media types, such as grit and glass bead. In addition, we have the capabilities to blast and paint your current equipment.

 

Over time, all metal as well as other materials exposed to the elements, can become rusty, dirty, or corroded. If you need it cleaned up and looking like new again, our blast and paint services may be exactly what you're looking for. Our 60' Blast and 50' Paint Booth is ideal for just about anything that can be moved into it. Fully contained in a controlled environment, we can provide you with the kind of attention to detail, tight specs, and tolerances you'll want.

 

Within our facilities, PECo has the ability to blast products as large as:

• Length: 60' (15.2 m)

• Width: 12' (3.7 m)

• Height: 12' (3.7 m)

And the ability to paint products as large as:

• Length: 50' (15.2 m)

• Width: 16' (4.9 m)

• Height: 16' (4.9 m)

Parts larger than this can be blasted &/or painted at our qualified partner sites as part of PECo’s Turnkey Solutions program – one vendor, one stop order tracking & invoicing, and turnkey project management for all your machining, fabricating, and finishing needs.
